We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Amex. We do not accept money orders or checks.
Domestic Shipping rates and Delivery: Sri Lanka
Delivery within Kandy will take 4-5 business days and is LKR 400
Delivery to Colombo will take around 5 business days and is LKR 400
Outstation delivery to the rest of the island will take around 7 business days and is LKR 600
The expected delivery and charges are based on the location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer international shipping through DHL. The shipping cost will be generated at thecheckout. The package will take 5 business days to reach you.
Please bear in mind that you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. The customer will have to meet any additional charges at customs clearance. Amalie’s Baby Armoire is not responsible for any duties and taxes which may be incurred.
Please note that customs policies can vary between countries, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled after it has been packed and shipped from our location. However, if you want to cancel an order before this process, then please send an email to us with the subject line Cancel Order as soon as possible. Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed.
For orders notified and cancelled before the product has been packaged and shipped we have the following option available in which you can exchange for another product on our site that has the same price range.
An email confirmation will be sent to successfully placed orders with the order details and tracking number. If you do not receive an email from us, please be sure to check your spam folder, or you can contact us via email.
Our orders are shipped from Kandy, Sri Lanka, and if you need any assistance with your order, contact us at our email at [email protected], or you could even get in touch with us through a DM on our Instagram page.
The order you make will be shipped to the address given on the order form. We cannot deliver to a P.O. box.
Please check that you have entered the correct information, such as address and contact details. We are not responsible for delivery issues related to errors in addresses or contact numbers that you have provided.
We strive to give your little ones the best at Amalie’s Baby Armoire; however, if there comes a time to change your purchase, we accept returns for the items as exchange or store credit for the value of the garment.
Please notify us immediately in order for us to assist you without delays.
Items that are purchased have to be returned within 15 days of receiving the purchase. Sale items cannot be returned.
A returned purchase must be in its original condition and packaging.
The handling and shipping fees are not refundable, and we will not be responsible for the shipping and handling fees of returns.
Once we receive the item and we have inspected it, you will receive store credit for the value of the garment.
Return items after 15 days of the date of receiving your purchase will not be accepted.
Exchanges have to be made within 15 days from the date of receiving the purchase.
The items to be exchanged must be unworn and in original condition and packaging.
As a small business with limited designs and quantities, we cannot guarantee that the items to be exchanged will be available in stock. However, we do recommend you select an alternate exchange item in this case if the first choice is unavailable.
