At Amalie’s Baby Armoire, our clothes are handmade with love; however, we do understand that there may be instances that require a return and exchange/refund of products. Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receiving your product. Any items sent to us after 15 days will not be able to be exchanged or refunded. As our pieces are handmade and made in small quantities, we have limited sizes and colours; therefore, we cannot always guarantee an exact exchange.

The returns should be made within 15 days and should be in their original state, undamaged, and with the tags still in place. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and refunds if the item is not in its initial condition.
Once we receive your purchase, and after inspection, we will then notify you through email that we have received the product and the course of action. A price refund will be in store credits; we do not give cash refunds.
A few products are exempt from being returned and exchanged. These items include:

- Sale Items
When returning or exchanging your item, a receipt and proof of purchase should be sent along with the product. Ensure to carefully pack the item so that it is well protected. Your return product should be mailed to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs/fees when returning the item. The shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is incorrect, faulty, or damaged when originally sent to you. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit, and we recommend that you include tracking when shipping your item.
